Boccadamo S.r.l. will therefore reimburse the full cost of any products that have been returned by the Customer which have not been worn, used or damaged, if accompanied by the relevant invoice. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment provided for the purchase (via paypal). The purchased goods may be returned within fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery.
The right of withdrawal is inapplicable in the case of purchase of goods made to measure or customized and in all cases referred to the art. 59 of Legislative Decree n°206/2005.
The Products purchased online cannot be refunded or returned to other Boccadamo S.r.l. stores. Shipping costs incurred during the purchase are not refundable.
2) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a formal request to ordini@boccadamo.com through which it expresses the will to avail itself of the right to withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206 (the "Consumer Code"), as well as the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase and the data relating to the Client's bank account.
In case of withdrawal, except for cases of return due to manufacturing defects, shipping costs are charged to the Customer and any other cost incurred by the same for the return of the Products will not be refundable by Boccadamo Srl
3) HOW THE REFUND IS TAKEN
In the event of cancellation / withdrawal of a purchase order, Boccadamo S.r.l. undertakes to promptly reimburse the Customer no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the request and except for paragraph 1. The Boccadamo S.r.l. will send an electronic notification message once the refund has been made.
Shipping is free in all countries for purchases equal to or greater than € 150.00. For an amount less than € 150.00, it depends on the destination country. From that moment, delivery times vary between 3 and 5 working days. Shipment will take place as soon as the payment order is received.
At the time the order is shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number via e-mail with which to track the package and follow the movement until delivery.
With Boccadamo, payment is made in total security. Data transmission is encrypted and secure and our partners rely on technologically advanced payment systems!
It is possible to make payments by credit card or other prepaid card (PostePay - PayPal), or by bank transfer or AmazonPay.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order is sent when the bank records the payment, usually it takes a couple of working days with respect to the day on which the transfer is made. The timing always depends on your banking circuit.
